Q. How much is my electric bill?

A. Please call Customer Service @ (404) 270-7100.

Q. Why is the power out? When will it be back on?
A. The power may be out due to storms, tree limbs falling, equipment failure, or a vehicle hitting a pole. The power will be restored as soon as repairs are made and it is safe to re-energize the circuit. Usually within one hour.

Q. Who may I contact to request that trees are trimmed from the power lines?
